7 Indoor Workouts You Can Do Every Day of the Week
The leaves have turned, the temperatures have dropped and for some of us, the workout routines are now few and far between. But we’re the first to admit when fall hits and winter starts to make its way in, getting in a long run or strength training sweat session sometimes loses out on staying indoors and staying warm. Which is why we rounded up seven workouts from YouTube – one for each day of the week – that can be done indoors and in 30 minutes or less. So now, even if the day is dark and cold, you can still break a sweat that you can feel good about.

30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (BodyFit by Amy): If you’re into maximizing every minute of every workout, this is the YouTube video you want to bookmark. You’ll need a set of dumbbells to complete this full-body workout, which aims to shape and tone your body while also keeping your heart rate up.
Quick Burn Arms! (Blogilates): Give your arms the workout they deserve with this quick, seven-minute arm workout that doesn’t require a single piece of equipment. But that’s not the best part. This workout doesn’t include a single pushup so you’ll be guessing the whole time what comes next.
Hump Day HIIT (Tone It Up): Push through the last half of a busy week with this high intensity interval training workout from the ladies of Tone It Up. You’ll get a full body workout in just 15 minutes.
Yoga for Complete Beginners (Yoga with Adriene): Follow up a tough HIIT workout with this built-for-beginners yoga class. Adriene will walk yogis of all skill and experience through a 20-minute flow that will have you saying Namaste in no time.
Lower Ab Workout for Beginners (Stephi Nguyen): If you’re looking for a quick workout you can do daily, or add in here and there after cardio, we’ve found it.
